No drum kit required, just an open mind and a willingness to explore. It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner. You can't get it wrong. What we will explore: - Understanding how drumming can induce a state of daily flow and relaxation - Experimenting with improvisation sounds through clapping, snapping, and stomping. - Drumming as a mindfulness practice you can carry with you throughout life - Discovering the natural rhythms within your body and creating your own rhythms - Expressing emotions through drumming and improved rhythmic awareness and coordination - Provide resources for further exploration of drumming as a mindfulness practice. Your teacher: Sardinian born, Norway based Percussionist, Sailor, Cold Swimmer - Bruno Tagliasacchi Masia will delve into the world of rhythm, balance, and mindfulness, using simple and accessible tools to unlock the meditative power of drumming within you.
