For regular guest use or part-time everyday sleeping, many customers find them comparable to a good-quality bed. Like any bed, comfort is personal - some people choose to add a mattress topper for extra softness, which works well with our design. -

Yes - slightly, and this is completely normal. Our cushions are made from high-quality foams designed to relax rather than collapse. Over time, they’ll soften a little and settle into a more lived-in feel while maintaining their structure.
Occasional fluffing and rotation will keep them looking and feeling their best, but they’re designed for everyday living, not constant fussing. -
