UK SHIPPING

We ship throughout mainland UK.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery postcode. Simply add your chosen sofa to your basket and proceed to checkout to receive an accurate shipping quote.

Most deliveries are carried out by our own delivery team, allowing us to provide a more personal service and ensure your furniture arrives safely and in perfect condition. For some remote locations, deliveries may be completed by one of our trusted delivery partners.

We'll contact you approximately 2–3 weeks before delivery to confirm timings, followed by a further update around one week before your delivery date. In most cases, you'll have direct correspondence with the driver carrying out your delivery.

Please let us know before ordering if your property has any access restrictions, including more than three flights of stairs, restricted access, narrow staircases or unusual delivery requirements. Additional charges may apply for remote locations, difficult access or specialist delivery requirements.

Customers are also welcome to arrange collection from our London storage facility by prior appointment.


USA, EU & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SLOWE furniture is designed and made in England, and we are pleased to offer delivery throughout Europe, North America and selected international destinations.

All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched using trusted, fully insured delivery partners to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Depending on your location, a range of delivery options may be available, including room-of-choice and white-glove services.

Prices are displayed in your local currency where available. Shipping costs, local taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout or quoted in advance prior to dispatch. 

We'll keep you updated throughout production and contact you before dispatch to confirm delivery arrangements.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY SOFA TO ARRIVE?

As every SLOWE sofa is made to order, lead times vary throughout the year depending on demand and material availability.

Current lead times can always be found on the relevant product page at the time of ordering.

As a guide, most orders are delivered within 8–10 weeks.

Once production is complete, delivery typically takes an additional:

Europe: 1–3 weeks
North America: 2–3 weeks

We'll keep you updated throughout production and provide advance notice before arranging delivery.

 

WHAT IF MY SOFA ARRIVES DAMAGED?

In the unlikely event that your furniture arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the issue. We'll assess the situation quickly and work with you to arrange the most appropriate solution, whether that's a repair, replacement part or product replacement.

Our furniture is designed to be repairable and supported for many years, and we'll always do our best to put things right.
