SLOWE Living Warranty

As part of our commitment to making furniture that lasts, SLOWE Living Ltd (“SLOWE”) warrants to the original retail purchaser that our sofa beds will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the periods set out below. Our products are designed to be serviceable, meaning individual components can be repaired or replaced without needing to replace the entire product.

5-Year Structural Warranty

SLOWE warrants that the plywood frame, platform structure and hardware will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase (the “SLOWE Structural Warranty”). This warranty is a statement of our confidence in the quality of our construction and our commitment to long-lasting furniture.

3-Year Fabric and Cushion Warranty

SLOWE warrants that upholstery fabrics, covers, cushion fillings and stitching will be free from defects arising through normal residential use for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

Who the Warranty Covers

The SLOWE Warranty is offered solely to the original retail purchaser, and is not transferable to subsequent purchasers. The warranty applies only to products purchased directly through sloweliving.com, our showroom, or an authorised SLOWE partner.
