If something breaks, wears out unexpectedly, or doesn’t hold up the way it should, we’ll repair it free of charge or replace the part that needs it.

We believe in making sofas that last, not just for years, but for real life. Much like your favourite jacket, your sofa should grow more comfortable with time, not more complicated. So if a seam comes undone or a part needs replacing, we’re here to help you fix it, so it can live on.

If you haven’t had a chance to visit our showroom, no problem - you have seven days from delivery to try your new sofa at home. If it’s not right for your space or your lifestyle, we’ll take it back. Hassle-free.

Even if your sofa arrives with a scratch, dent, or ding, we’ll make it right - because your experience matters as much as the furniture itself. This isn’t just a warranty. It’s our way of doing business: make it well, stand behind it, fix what breaks. So you can buy with confidence, even from a distance.

What happens when I order?

All of our items are built to order. As soon as our suppliers have made it and delivered to us, we contact you directly to offer a suitable delivery date.

Our own specialist two-man crews fully assemble in a your room of choice and and check over your sofa thoroughly before leaving.

Deliveries are Mon-Fri but Saturday slots can often be arranged for most of the country.

Made by those who care

Unlike fast furniture brands, we manufacture our sofa beds in small volumes just 6-8 times a year - 200 meters from one of Cornwall's best surf breaks.

All our beds are made to order and delivery is currently expected in 8-12 weeks from the purchase date. Often sooner.

All materials are sourced and produced within the UK with exception to our plywood (EU FSC), and all waste is disposed of responsibly.
