We’re looking for a full-time Content Creator to join SLOWE, a growing design-led furniture brand rooted in storytelling, sustainability, and character. You’ll help shape our brand identity online through photography, short-form video, and mixed media – creating beautiful, engaging content that builds trust and excitement around our products and process.
You’ll work closely with the founder to bring to life a structured content plan that reflects our tone of voice and shares our journey with clarity, intention and personality. This is a self-led role that blends strategy and execution – perfect for someone excited to build a brand from the inside out.
The role is hybrid, with a mix of remote working and studio days in London. We’re open to discussing part-time for the right person.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver a monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and email
Shoot and edit short-form video content, reels, and product/lifestyle photography
Manage end-to-end content production: concepting, filming, editing, and scheduling
Help define and evolve our visual identity across all channels
Travel for shoots, delivery days, and brand eventsWork closely with the founder to align brand storytelling with commercial goals
Collaborate on creative campaign ideas and marketing strategy
You Should BeA self-starter with strong creative instincts and a polished visual eye
Experienced in video production (shooting/editing mobile & DSLR footage)
Comfortable producing engaging content that feels native to social platforms
Confident in basic graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite)
Highly organised, good at managing your own workflow and deadlines
Based in London, and available for in-person days and on-location shoots
Nice to Have
Experience building a brand’s content direction from early stages
Passion for interiors, design, or slow life
Interest in data-informed content strategy
Motion graphics or animation skills
Comfort working in a startup environment where roles are fluid and hands-on

About the Role
We’re a UK-based premium sofa brand expanding into Europe, and we’re looking for a smart, organised, and entrepreneurial-minded EU Operations & Fulfillment Manager to lead our entry into France, Germany, and Switzerland. You’ll oversee logistics, customs compliance, 3PL coordination, and help us set up the backend systems that power a seamless customer experience in the EU.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate and manage relationships with our EU 3PL warehouse partner (likely based in Alsace).
Oversee inbound freight shipments from the UK to France, ensuring proper customs clearance and documentation (EORI, VAT, DDP).
Implement and maintain fulfillment workflows between Shopify and our logistics partners.
Monitor delivery performance and proactively resolve any cross-border shipping issues.
Collaborate on setting up Shopify Markets for localised selling (Germany, France, Switzerland).
Support VAT compliance and customs duties, using tools like Quaderno, SimplyVAT, or Avalara.
Work with the founder to optimise logistics costs, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.
Help troubleshoot day-to-day issues with inventory, orders, or delivery hiccups.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain management.
Someone who can thrive in a Founder Led / Startup business and help build thorough systems.
Must have an understanding of cross-border shipping in Europe (especially post-Brexit rules).
Familiarity with Shopify, 3PL platforms, or shipping integrations.
Strong organisational skills and a self-starter mentality.
Ability to coordinate with warehouse partners in UK and Europe.
Nice to HaveExperience working with or managing Shopify Markets, Quaderno, or other VAT tools.
Previous work with furniture, bulky goods, or high-ticket physical products.
Network of logistics or freight contacts in France or Germany.
Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment.
Fluent in English and ideally conversational in French or German.
